I mean, yea, Cleric 9th lvl spells aren't that good... However, Clerics have a 1st level spell that a Wizard can first rival in damage output at 5th level, so I feel like it's fair. Plus, the Cleric spell list is LOADED with amazing spells

Yo Cinder/Nerds on the internet. My player is using the combination of Tunnel fighter and Pole arm master which is fairly broken, they are only level 4 but this combination gives them essentially unlimited attacks of opportunity, on any enemy moving into, out of, or with in their attack range. How do I deal with this as a DM I don't want to ruin their fun but this is arguably unfair especially at level 4. I've tried my best to talk to them about it but they get really defensive about it, and I'm really don't want to boot them from the game.

Having played under these rules, I can say that managing the 2 classes is basically the same as you playing 2 characters at the same time in a campaign. It can get a little tedious and frustrating at times, so just be aware of that. But otherwise yeah it's fine. We did it with Pathfinder 2e

I have run multiple Gestalt games, and the important thing to remember is that despite how powerful characters feel, they still have the HP of a single character, dont over balance encounters expecting the party to be a flat 2x more powerful, its a bit more neuanced.
